Practice & Membership
This practice was intentionally designed for the kind of pelvic, bladder, and midlife care women rarely experience in traditional medical settings. Symptoms such as leaking, urgency, pelvic pain, painful sex, prolapse, recurrent infections, and the changes that often accompany perimenopause and menopause are common, complex, and deeply disruptive, yet they’re often rushed, minimized, or treated in isolation. Here, these concerns are met with time, careful listening, and a comprehensive medical approach that recognizes how pelvic health, hormones, and overall well-being intersect during midlife.
I look beyond individual symptoms and evaluate the full picture. Care is grounded in evidence-based medicine, clear explanation, and thoughtful planning, not quick fixes or generic protocols. Education is central to this work. Understanding why symptoms develop, how midlife changes affect the body, and what treatment options truly address the root cause is a critical part of getting better.
My practice is structured to feel calmer and easier to navigate. Appointments run on time, visits are private and unhurried, and your care remains organized and personal from diagnosis through follow-up.
My new practice represents more than just a way to deliver healthcare. It is at the forefront of a movement that prioritizes the patient-physician relationship, removing much of the friction women have felt in seeking the care they deserve. By limiting the number of patients I see, I can focus on supporting your whole health.
On an annual basis, you’ll have a more comprehensive visit that includes preventative screenings and getting to the root of your more complex symptoms or concerns. These visits with me are more robust than a traditional well-woman visit, with unique care plans thoughtfully built for you. Throughout the year, you’ll have access to unrushed office and virtual visits and hands-on coordination with specialists as needed.
A membership-based physician practice works on a subscription model where patients pay a fee for access to a range of healthcare services that go beyond typical insurance-covered care. Some of these services include:
Annual wellness exams.
Each member begins with a personalized annual wellness exam designed around their individual health needs and long-term goals. This visit takes a comprehensive, longevity-focused view of your health to address physical well-being, hormonal transitions, sexual function, emotional health, and preventive screening. In addition to a Pap smear and routine labs, advanced diagnostics are thoughtfully incorporated when appropriate. This visit sets a clear, informed foundation for the year ahead, allowing us to identify concerns early and create a personalized plan so care is proactive and deliberate, not reactive.
Access to in-person and virtual visits for medical and wellness services.
Care is offered both in person and virtually, allowing you to receive support in the way that best fits your needs throughout the year.
In the office, we provide diagnostic screenings and therapeutic treatments that may be used over time as part of a coordinated plan. Some of these include bone mineral density screening, Morpheus/VTone treatments, percutaneous nerve stimulation treatments, and bladder
You’ll have the flexibility of up to five follow-up visits to monitor progress, adjust treatment, and stay ahead of changes without feeling rushed or delayed. You’ll also have direct access to the practice, with same-day responses for urgent questions and timely appointments when symptoms shift, so support is there when you need it most.
Direct Access to Care Coordination.
Every member has direct access to a care coordinator who ensures that continuity of care is convenient. They're available to help with medical record retrieval, scheduling visits with specialists, and courtesy billing for out-of-network services provided by my practice. When surgical care or additional specialists are needed, referrals and coordination are handled for you, and members receive preferred pricing on procedures.
After-hours virtual urgent care and other member services.
I have partnered with Monarch to provide services that remove the friction women often experience with today's health system. Members have access to after-hours virtual urgent care, medical record retrieval services, scheduling support, and courtesy billing for out-of-network services provided.
As a member, you'll have direct access to me, whether in person or via telehealth. A full list of services covered under the membership fee is available by contacting [email protected].
(Note: third-party services, including diagnostics and labs, are not included in membership fees but may be reimbursed through insurance depending on your plan.)
