Hi, I’m Dr. Eilber. I’m a urogynecologist & surgeon who specializes in conditions like leakage, urgency, pelvic pain, prolapse, painful sex, and recurrent infections. These are issues that are incredibly common, deeply disruptive, and too often rushed through or minimized in traditional care.
I built this practice because these problems aren’t solved in a single visit. They require careful diagnosis, clear explanation, and follow-up over time. Here, we take the time to understand what’s actually driving your symptoms, discuss all your options, and create a plan that makes sense for your body and your life.
I bring the same precision and thoughtfulness to your complete women’s health—focused on prevention, wellness, and lifelong support, including menopause care, whole-health diagnostics, and personalized care coordination.

This practice was intentionally designed to support the kind of pelvic and bladder care that’s difficult to deliver in traditional medical settings. Many of the conditions I treat are complex, overlapping, and chronic. They aren’t problems that can be addressed in a rushed visit or managed in isolation.
By caring for fewer patients, I am able to step back and look at the full picture. That means thoughtful evaluation, clear explanations, and treatment plans built around your body, your symptoms, and your goals. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all protocol. We take the time to understand what’s driving your symptoms and adjust care as your body and needs change.
Education plays an important role in care here. When you understand why symptoms happen, what’s driving them, and how different treatment options work, you’re better equipped to make informed decisions and recognize progress over time.
